For me english is more than a language, english is an art, beautiful art that God has given to us (is this too much?) but i really love english language, any kind of accent that exist, there are british accent from England, Wales accent, Ireland, American, Canadian, Singapore etc. Every country has its own accent, but most of all, i love british accent. I’ve learn english since i’m in the kindergarten. Now about 15 years i’ve learn it and till now i still not fluently speaking in english nor writing (pity ) the factor is because I didn’t practice it regulary therefore a lot of verb that i’ve forgot and difficult for me to speak english.
Based on my experience in learning english, i think music, film and conversation are the easy way to learn english. I’ve ever watched a korean drama “God study”, about school which has an average student in all studies especially in English lesson, and the teacher use a music method plus some gymnastic. So the student do some gymnatic while memorizing some verb or sentences, the teacher said that if we do a memorize while moving our body it will help you a lot. And the method he use on speaking is, just say what verb that we know, ignore the grammar or the rules for arrange sentences, and in the end the teacher will correcting it.
Well i think both method is really good, as we know music is universal language and music can stimulate our brain to learn something. So i agree with that drama, but maybe omit the gymnastic method . if you like to watch a film, try to repeat the dialogue and try to practice it with your friend. What best in learning english is SPEAK! Just ACTION, if you wanna be an expert in English than try to write one or two paragraph in English and watch the grammar. So what the best method? Music and film listen so you can understand, speak so you can be listened
